My stay at Four Points By Sheraton in the French Quarter was a mixed bag. The prime location on Bourbon Street made it super convenient for exploring all the nightlife, but the noise from the street really disrupted my sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped with everything from valet parking to local tips, which added a warm touch to my visit.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with adequate space and good amenities, though it was not as soundproof as I'd hoped. The view from my room was nice, but the environmental noise from passing cars and partying really made it challenging to get a good night's rest.
Service
8.0
The staff were top notch, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with various requests. They really made me feel welcome, especially when navigating through the busy atmosphere of the French Quarter.
Location

Absolutely unbeatable location right in the heart of Bourbon Street! It was super convenient to hop from bar to bar and enjoy the local scene. However, the constant noise made it tough if you wanna sleep early.
Dining
6.0
I found the on-site dining options okay—casual yet convenient. The food was decent, but don't expect gourmet. It was nice being able to grab a bite without going too far.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was a lovely escape from the chaos outside, plus the valet service was efficient and professional, enhancing my overall experience.

7.0/10

During my stay at Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter, I appreciated the very nice service from staff members like Allen and Mary, who went above and beyond to help me navigate the area. However, I was disappointed with my room, which felt outdated and had some cleanliness issues. The location, though vibrant and central to the nightlife, also had its downsides, like noise and the surrounding odor in the mornings.

Rooms
6.0
While I found my room to be clean, I noticed some areas needed more attention, such as the bathroom, which had mold. The furniture felt dated, and the lack of sufficient drawer space for clothing was a bit inconvenient.
Service
9.0
The guest services were fantastic. Staff like Allen and Mary were incredibly helpful, offering useful recommendations and assistance, which made a significant difference in my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel’s location on Bourbon Street was perfect for experiencing the New Orleans nightlife, though it meant dealing with some noise and an unpleasant smell outside in the mornings.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were good with a decent on-site bar and restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the food, though the menu was somewhat limited.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was nice and well-kept, providing a relaxing escape from the bustle of the street, although the presence of smoke from nearby areas was a bit frustrating.

7.4/10

I appreciated the hotel’s prime location in the vibrant French Quarter. but my stay was marred by some frustrating noise issues and inconsistent service. While the room was spacious enough, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. Overall, the experience was mixed, balancing convenience with significant disturbances that affected my enjoyment.

Rooms
5.0
My room had two double beds and was reasonably spacious, but it felt shabby and showed signs of neglect. there were cleanliness issues and the outdated coffee machine didn’t help. The noise from the street and construction outside was a real bother, especially at night.
Service
5.0
Although some staff were friendly and helpful, I encountered significant issues with housekeeping. my room wasn’t cleaned on multiple occasions, and it took several requests to address basic needs like towels. This inconsistency was disappointing, especially for the price.
Location
8.0
The location is undeniably fantastic, just a short walk to some of the best spots in the French Quarter. it made exploring the area super convenient. However, access was a bit challenging due to the busy Bourbon Street outside the main entrance.
Dining
5.0
The on-site dining options were convenient. but overall, the food quality was average and didn’t stand out. I also experienced some frustration when I wanted to access simple amenities like a corkscrew.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel’s facilities, including the pool area, had potential. but were overshadowed by noise issues and service missteps. The limited hours for the bar were disappointing, especially on a busy Saturday night.

5.0/10

I had a good time at Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter, primarily due to its fantastic location right on Bourbon Street and the friendly staff. However, my room experience was a bit disappointing as I didn't get the direct view of Bourbon I was expecting, and some amenities felt outdated. The noise from the street was persistent, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in certain areas.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean, but I found mine dated and facing Toulouse Street instead of the desired direct view of Bourbon Street. Despite booking a room with a balcony, I felt a bit misled when I realized it didn’t have the view I expected. The balcony doors were also in need of some maintenance, which didn’t add to the charm.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, but I didn't receive much help regarding my room situation. They did provide earplugs to manage the noise, which I appreciated given the bustling nightlife outside. However, the follow-up on my request for compensation for the balcony situation was lacking.
Location
10.0
The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the lively atmosphere of Bourbon Street and nearby attractions. It was great to step out of the hotel and be right in the center of the action, which made for an exciting stay, although the street was also a bit seedy in the early morning.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and I found the experience in the on-site bar lacking in service, which detracted from the overall experience. I would suggest exploring local eateries instead, as the food quality in-house didn't quite meet my expectations.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was a nice retreat from the chaos of Bourbon Street, although the towel situation could use an upgrade as they felt more like hand towels. Valet service was efficient, which made arriving and departing less stressful.

5.4/10

I had a fantastic stay at Four Points By Sheraton French Quarter. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Bourbon Street, making it easy to explore the vibrant nightlife and attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to lend an umbrella when it rained (which I really appreciated!). However, the bathroom was a bit smaller than I expected, typical for such an old building. Overall, my experience was good, and I would definitely return.

Rooms
9.0
My room was modern, clean, and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. I had a quiet courtyard-facing room, which kept me away from the noise of Bourbon Street.
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great tips for local entertainment and even helping with my luggage after check-out. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Location

The hotel's prime location on Bourbon Street means you’re just steps away from the action, making it perfect for a night out in the French Quarter. I could walk everywhere easily.
Dining
8.0
While I didn't spend much time at the hotel bar, I did enjoy the on-site dining options during my stay, which offered good food and a nice atmosphere.
Facilities

The pool area looked inviting and well-kept, providing a nice escape from the lively streets outside. I also found the valet service to be efficient and professional.
